How to fit a proper men's haircut into a Zuidas work day — services, slots and the booking strategy that actually works.
If you work in Zuidas, you don't have hours to spend on a haircut — but you also can't afford a bad one. The good news: a proper precision cut, beard shape or hot towel shave fits cleanly inside a generous lunch break, if you book it right.

The lunchtime window
Marathonweg 21–23 is a 5–10 minute drive, tram or bike from most of Zuidas — Parnassusweg, Gustav Mahlerlaan, the WTC, Strawinskylaan. Door-to-door, you're looking at:
- 10 min out from the office - 40 min Precision Haircut or Fade - 10 min back
A standard lunch hour gets you in and out with time to eat at your desk. A full hour-and-a-bit lunch lets you breathe.
Which service fits
- Precision Haircut — €40, 40 min. The fastest proper cut. Consultation, cut, finish. - Fade Haircut — €40, 40 min. Same time slot, different cut. - Beard Shaping — €25, 20–30 min. If you only need beard work and you're tight on time, this fits inside 45 minutes door to door. - Haircut & Beard Combo — €55, 50 min. Tight on a lunch hour but doable. Better booked at 4 pm if you can. - VIP Grooming Experience — €85, 80 min. Save this one for after work or a slow Friday.
How to book the slot you actually want
- Book ahead. Walk-ins work, but lunchtime Tuesdays to Fridays go fast. Reserve via Fresha 24–48 hours out. - Pick the same barber. Once Bryan, Robby, Sergei or Zeina knows your cut, future visits run faster — less consultation, same result. - Schedule the next one on the way out. Most Zuidas regulars rebook on a 3-week (skin fades) or 4-week (taper / scissor cuts) cycle.
After-work slots are real
If lunch doesn't work, we're open until 20:00 every day. The 18:00–20:00 window is the most-booked of the week — get on Fresha early in the week to lock it in.
