What we measure
Using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads we measure page visits, clicks on 'Book', 'Call now' and 'Directions', page loading speed, device and browser details, an approximate location (city/country) and cookie IDs. If you clicked one of our ads, Google links that click to any booking click that follows.
Why
To understand how the site is used, make it faster and better, and measure which Google ads lead to bookings so Google can optimise our ads toward them.
Recipient
This data goes to Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC. Google may process data outside the EU under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We never sell your data and never share names, email addresses or phone numbers with Google.
Your consent
In the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland we only set these cookies after you click 'Accept'. We store your choice, when you made it and the version of the notice you saw. You can change or withdraw your choice anytime via 'Cookie settings' at the bottom of every page; withdrawing stops further measurement immediately.
Bookings via Fresha
Appointments are booked on Fresha. What you enter there is covered by Fresha's privacy policy.
Retention and your rights
Google Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months. You have the right to access, correct, delete and object, and you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
